This song truly reflects Madhubala's true feelings. The movie was produced 1955 may be the relations between Madhubala and Dilip were strained. The poetry truly reflects and all the wordings of Song were true accoding to the her feelings. If one knows her love strory of Madhubala then one can only feel the depth this sorrow. I have seen the movie. It truly affects one's heart and and feel sorrowful for her.

Beautiful Lata song, Mirzaji. The slow tempo and the minimal orchestra support are perfectly suited to this song's melancholic sweetness . Madhubala as usual deploys all her acting talent to express the feelings of the song. Nice to see glimpses of her sister Chanchal too. Thank you.
