  • Thank you! This helps a lot!

  • I really enjoyed this. It helped a LOT. You're so nice! Thank you so much! Beautiful accent too :)

  • It's great and very helpful but I would prefer it in real time.

  • @tallcoolonejojo0990 Oh. Well that's incredibly helpful. Thank you for taking the time to answer! :D

  • @DizzyDior12 I took a yoga class in college and the book that I had for the course said that all the OB/GYNS the author interviewed said there is no real medical reason for it. The idea I got from this particular text is that the theory springs from the idea of retrograde menstruation, which means that instead of the flowing downward of the fluid, it would go upward and cause endometriosis, among other things. The theory has been disproven but tradition speaks, you know. Basically your judgement

  • Okay. What about inversions on your period? I've heard that it's traditionally forbidden in yoga but is there any sort of medicinal grounds for not doing inversions while you're menstruating?

  • @TheMessyhairdocess I've always heard exercise helps to begin with, as it causes your body to not feel so sluggish and the endorphin rush is well worth it. Yoga has been in my experience at least, the best exercise during mine as it is very purifying, it cleanses mind, body, soul and spirit. It makes me feel wonderful, gives me energy, and balances me out mentally (I have PMDD from Hades and I dont need to take meds for it as long as I'm doing yoga.) And its not taxing at all so anyone can do it

  • @CzechFitnessGirl Yes please do, it saved myself and the people around me from going insane. It was a life saver as normally I hate to even think about getting my butt up and moving. This is gentle, relaxing movements and I always feel more energized and less depressed. Worth trying, but dont just take it from me. Do it and you will notice a huge difference.

  • @tallcoolonejojo0990 Really? I must try it!

  • My periods are always painful and this is so helpful. I've used it since I found your videos 2 months ago and I am so grateful! Thanks!!
