I've only played the harmonica for 2 months, so I thought I could try making videos of me playing harmonica, soon accompanied by a guitar.

It's quite a different version of The River and includes some improvisation, an intro, refrain and outro excerpted from the Live In New York City album/DVD.

So, let me know how I did. And if you liked what you heard, maybe you can expect some more videos, we'll see...

  • awesome attempt

what harmonica tune is it in A??

  • @bigjwiz Sorry to keep you waiting, it's in the key of G. :)

  • the middle part is playback

  • @jguitartg: It was recorded in three parts, but that's me doing it though...

  • Howwww did you learn it? lessons?

  • @MattMedik: I didn't take any lessons, just listened to the original recordings and with the help of harp tabs (you can find them anywhere on Google) I began to practice. Just practice a lot and you'll get there in a few weeks. Good luck!
