  • We are all so lucky to have the privilege of loving this AWESOME song!

  • This song Will reign as a true classic...just simply holds up generation after generation...

  • Love this song.

  • One can really hear that bass and guitar riff that is so standard in punk four or five years later. Da-da- dadadadadadada, da-da- dadadadadadada. So innovative; this album - as did Bowie himself - spawned so many other acts. Each song is seminal unto itself. Maybe even each verse spawned a genre of its own. I think all his material is wonderful, but the 1971-1977 period was prolific, rich and undeniably brilliant.

  • @nicademus666 More like one of the best bowie songs ever!! That God is a genre in himself!

  • David create a genre of music and then leaves as it becomes popular. Only for him to present us with another facet of himself in another genre and another time. No one can claim to be as restless as him.

  • TY for posting ABSOLUTE classic, fook the teens btw, let them suffer to there shit these days, gawd bless BOWIE

  • "Hang On To Yourself" was released in 1972 and today's dance club music and metal-rap crap can't come within light years of this song !!!!

  • Is this the sexiest song in the world?

  • @MrPblower You got that right! I think Bowie and the Kinks were a big influence for punk rock and alternative music. for that matter.
