The consecration of St. Elias Church was lead by Bishop Isidore of Toronto and Bishop Julian of Drohobyc-Sambir, Ukraine. It must be noted that the services were of important ecumenical significance as the Vespers held in the new church on the eve of the consecration were presided over by Bishop Vsevolod, Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in America (Patriarchate of Constantinople) with the blessing of Bishop Isidore. Here we see the prelates as they embrace at the conclusion of Vespers.
Bishop Isidore was a great man. The Church could use more like him.

I miss Archbishop Vsevolod, he was one of the few exceptional bishops in the Orthodox and Greek-Catholic churches.
It's a shame that we do not have as strong bridges between churches as him anymore.
