Okay, I did a lot of re-playing to find out when this plays.
***SPOILERS DURR***
It plays twice. The first time is in the second case, right after you tell Maya that Grossberg has refused to defend her.
The second time is, as said here, in the forth case after vonKarma zaps her, so therefore she declares herself useless since she was so weak.

@vetersstrikken no, it's Maya's. It isn't reminiscing of the past, it's about her feeling hopeless and lost.

@vetersstrikken No, this is not a reminisince. it plays in turnabout sisters when Grossburg denies Maya's request to defend her, and again in case 4 after *spoiler* von Karma uses his tazer on her and she think that she is useless.
