in il2 you can only go to 7 without trouble with the graphics.

Oleg knows that there is a much wider market in the world for other things besides only the World War Two theme. 1C Company is obviously confident to support Oleg's vision, so he has the distribution system as a vehicle to reach many types of markets with this 3D Engine.
