How do you go swimming? I start swimteam soon and my back and chest acne is REALLY bad. Is there a way to hide it if you go in water?

I have cystic acne on both my face and upper-back. I have my Mom saturate my back with applecider vinegar. I also put it under my arms and it really helps to control my sweating. I also drink it with 1 cup of warm pre-boiled water with 1 tablespoon of applecider vinegar. I find that I sweat but it has no scent. Now that I drink water all day I don't wear deodorant and I sweat less and my bacne is SOOO much better. I find my hair also takes a while to get greasy and smelly.

I use a benzoyl peroxide wash by Pan Oxyl and it works GREAT!!! Its about $9-$10.
