  • When a university funds students to disrupt a student event because they don't like the content of the speech, it is an egregious abuse of freedom of expression. Did you even watch the clip? The students' heckling is a clear disruption of the play. Chris's play could not go on as planned and the threats caused some of his actors to flee the scene. Remember, the school organized and funded this disruption. That is institutional censorship, pure and simple. There's no irony here.

  • I can't understand why anyone thinks God needs somone to "stand up for" Him. I figure He can handle things for Himself. Heck, He's the one who said "turn the other cheek." (I really wish my fellow Christians would read the whole Bible and not just the bits they like at the time.) I'd love to see this play... maybe a performance can be put online...I'd happily donate. Heckling isn't free speech, it's intimidation. Organized intimidation is institutional thuggery - Let people have their say.

  • This particular threat is not particularly new. These are growing pains of a unprecedented social experiment, a nation of little nations, a hundred races living and marrying, emerging acceptance of sexual identities and philosophies, an unparalleled population growth, mixed families, break down of social codes, I could go on forever. There is nothing in the world like the USA and puberty hurts.

  • What is it with people generally having to make an organized protest or make a court case simply because they're offended by something these days? Being easily offended, threatening violence and using foul language and racial slurs aren't exactly very Christian attributes now, are they? Being Christian myself, it's extremely disappointing to see other "Christian" people heckle a play and act this way. I'd love to come see the play sometime. I wish Chris well. Also, UNIVERSITY FAIL. -_-'

  • That is totally abhorrent. Really disturbing as well. I honestly did not know of all of these scrutinizes of freedom of speech on college campuses. It is very corrupt. Yet so many Americans are ready to defend the right to bear arms before the right of freedom of speech. It seems so backwards. I don't understand it. It's all very concerning.

  • This section of the book is very good

  • Its ironic that the hyper-sensitive, exceedingly offended people on today's University campuses are not offended by the exorbitant amount of tuition that they're charged, simply to be intentionally made cretinous. In times past, they actually fostered intelligence & charged far less.

The Universities celebrate the Leftist "victim" groups so much, that they each segregate themselves within their own self deifying temple, forcing themselves to endure themselves who are already

  • dull due to starting from a fallaciously pretentious, spoiled premise & progressively becoming more & more grandiose from ego celebratory sensationalism that develops increasingly powerful delusions, required to enduringly withstand being subjected to themselves.

Eventually, the individuals from each group exit their respectively dedicated temple complexes to briefly exchange glorifying praises upon the other deities from their pensively putrid pantheon of virtuous victims

  • It IS tragic,Yet Is Funnier than Hell.I Think The folks offended By ethnics and anything Anti Homosexual Were the most pissed of all.If You offended,Do not Go See it You Dumbass.Wont Catch me at a Dixie Chicks concert or a Klan Rally.

  • What is this, Islam?

  • Free speech is under attack.

  • Keep it up!
