BBC presenter Ranvir Singh giving advice to People's Voice Media communty reporters

Ranvir Singh the BBC presenter for North West Tonight attended People's Voice Media Festival of Learning event held in Manchester on the 30th Ocotber 2009. The event co-sponsored by the Media Trust and BIS presented a variety of informal adult learning opportunities to participants. Ranvir gave this piece of advice to the community reporters at the event.
