Is Health Care a power, or is it an issue? Cant the Government grant themselves the power because who grant that power listed in the Constitution to the government? is it not the Government? themselves? So if the constitution only lists 3 powers then were stuck?? What is a military? Isn't there a state military? What's goin' on here??

@tnguyen318 The reason it is unconstitutional is because the 10th Amendment states that any powers not specifically granted to the Federal Government in the Constitution are reserved to the states and people. The military is specifically defined as a power of the Federal Government. The police is local and is not part of the Federal Government. The educational system is not part of Constitution, and the Department of Education needs to be dissolved.

So far, I think building upwards isn't such a bad idea. Even right now when land is plentiful on Earth, we can start saving resources. A community of 150 houses in America would take approximately 5 blocks. A Las Vegas Blvd. casino acquires 1,250 Rooms. Its about 3 blocks + 2 Block Landscape. That's 10x's the occupancy of regular homes. We reserve land for wildlife and farms.

It's a disaster in Great Britain and Canada because they don't know how to run it. And why would Government Medical Care be unconstitutional? Is the School system Unconstitutional? Are police and military unconstitutional? Has the elephant have the donkey by its tail??

@tnguyen318 thats why we rather borrow money from other country instead of printing more to de-value our currency :D. so the lender prints and loose value and we on the top :D. then if we ever failed, we can easily get it back on track :D

It's this simple. 250 Million people in the United States x $35.00 / month = $10 Billion. Case Closed. Beer will be against the Law. Tobacco will be against the Law. Electric Cars will be future. Hydrogen Buses. Farming for food and Clean Energy.
