  • Oi, the 11 is completely, boing! And, lucky catch with the Orion IV, especially on the 17.

  • Huh what about the 11? And there is no orion IV in this video. The only route 17 bus in this video is 420, which is an orion-V. Westchester DOES NOT have any orion4s.

  • I LOVE Bee-Line Buses! Thanks for taking such great footage!

  • thanks - glad you liked it

  • does anyone have a video of the 43 Express

  • Southeast is the name of a town - not a direction. The 15 was named the Northwest Limited - again a name not a direction - although the 15 does loosely serve the northwest part of the county.

  • Then if Southeast was north of Brewster, the 15 was known as the "Northwest Limited", which probably meant Yorktown, then what IS the core if what is being defined with these cardinal directions?

  • @Kote12TK

It is limited in service only because the low patronage on the route has caused the county to further curtain service on the route. Prior two the massive service changes of a few years ago this route had 5 round trips a day on Saturdays. It is one of a number of BL routes with NO Sunday service. As to weekday service it is infrequent outside of rush hours - but a "Limited" route refers to routes like the 41.

  • Southeast Station (formerly known as Brewster North) had its name changed to Southeast as the station is technically within the town of Southeast and since doing so would alleviate a bit of confusion among riders who were confused by two different "Brewster" stations

  • @Kote12TK Huh? I'm confused by your question. What does Southeast Metro North Station have to do with the BeeLine....

The 15 used to be one of a few named routes - like the 32 - Nodine Hill Loop, or the 10 - Croton Commuter, etc etc... It has not carried such a name on its timetable since at least 1996.
