It attempts to slow the program's future growth rounded around to 500 billion in spending increases over the next ten years.It doesn't cut the current funding for medicare.The 500 billion in savings come from reducing annual payments, higher income beneficiaries, n administrative changes. Cuba, Mexico, and Venezuela isn't communist but is dictatorship
