I'm pretty sure I saw this man walking down Chestnut St around 19th St in an easterly direction. He was wearing a hoodie and had a white ipod in his hands. I pointed him out to the Septa bus driver, hoping he would radio him in. I doubt if he did. It's hard to describe, but I could feel the evil as he walked past me while I was waiting at the bus stop. It creeped me out. I'm so glad they caught the fiend. Thank God for DNA so we can test and convict the correct person!
