iPhone 3G Home Screen Glitch

THIS GLITCH IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED IN 3.0+.....


1. On the slide to unlock screen press and hold the sleep/wake button for 4 seconds.
2. After counting the 3rd second, slide the slider.
3. Press Cancel and if you did it right, you should have a blank home screen.

This process may take more than 1 try.

I just tryes to do this and I couldn't I don't know why I have a first gen iPod touch and the 3.0 softwear but when I try to do it it goes to my first page of apps and has the slide to powwer off thing but when I hit cancel the bottom gray part in my home screen is still there

It works on the iPhone 3G. I did it right in the video. The process will take more than 1 try for first time doers....
