  • Are you saying compared to the average person there? Ok, if you want to lose or tone up. Figure out what size you want to be...a healthy size good for you, not based on what others look like. And then change some of your eating habits and excercise. You will be fine.

    My process is actually in the more info section of the Doing Something About It Intro vid. It's too much to write here.

    But basically in a nut shell, I drink lots and lots of water! Workout (Tredmill, weight training, etc) about 1-1 1/2 a day. I eat smaller portions and watch my calories.

    Keep my posted on what journey!!! Good to hear from you!
