Where is the natural gas ?

  • screamen 292 glad eletric came in

  • Yeah, if it's in the distance it can lull you to sleep. I love the sound when it;s dim. Not so much if it's up close. There have been minor wars fought over the incessant barking of the neighbor's motor.

  • These motors used to put me to sleep as a kid. Watching them spit fire and seeing the headers glow red at night is an awesome sight. I guess they're still using big block, large displacement engines as the standard for irrigation wells these days??

    Nice video!

  • We want your fresh water supply. HaHAA

  • Well then, now know the sound of The Well. Thought mboy might have known from the sound. 'It'd be a lot cooler if he did...'

  • one of my uncles friends grew up on a farm and he talked to me about there irrigation motors and one they had was a 440 MOPAR (O YEA) and the headers would spit fire nonstop and he sid you could walk up, stick your arm out with cigerette in your hand and jsut by touching the collecter the cigg would light. country life is the best life!

  • make a painting of this!
