@Snowintosh You don't need civil rights, then you don't want to have control of your local decisions.Maybe you don't know what you are saying.At this moment the politicians of the states are the ones that are taking the decisions about the future of millions of puertorican local american citizens in the island. The island is still is a US territory or a US property and nobody supports the independence in PR not even 2% of the voters.It will never happen based on our US system of democracy
