These is the English patches for Pokemon Black and White. I already patched them to the ROMs so all you have to do is download them, and you're welcome. And YES obviously these have the EXP patch too. The games story is about 80% in English.

All the Pokemon names, attacks, items, and some other stuff is translated, it even has an English logo.

Once again, it's compressed so you'll need a program to extract the ROM.

454ffv, go on ur desktop screen, right click and make a new folder, call it desmume or no$gba, whatever ds rom ur using to play pokemon white or black. after u finished downloading pokemon and the ds rom, extract the files and copy and paste them into the folder u name no$gba or desmume.
