@jlmarnp That was the '60s.
I believe it can be remembered :)

@jlmarnp Learn what? How to make warm & fuzzy videos about people holding hands and singing Kum Bay Yah? Yes, we can do that! And just like this video -- it would be more symbolic than substantive.

Beautiful! Why can't we learn this in the USA?
-
yep,warts and all, australia is a multicultural country and we must embrace diversity..who knows we may actually become better human beings for the experience, and we may learn also that we all are the same...nice vid...

Marvin: I love the vid! Kids will get it. Don't underestimate the sophistication of kids these days. It's a corker of a vid!

@MTistheshiz who ever made this video is would be lol'ing at the fact that it was played at a school.

hahah its racist as
played it in school assembly today..
Before Australianha became a multi-cultural nation, it was for a long period of time a mono-culture and then a bi-cultural nation for 186 years when the English came.
I personally and culturally tend to prefer Australianha being as it is today, a multi-cultural nation because I love eating Kangaroo ribs, flour, tea and sugar, spaghetti bolognese and sweet and sour chicken - Yummy ;)

Played in school assembly as an example of Racism or Reconciliation?
Actually proud that it was played at a school assembly ;)
This will be either accepted or rejected and frankly I do not care for it is my own Vision just shared with others.
