Even if it WAS stolen, nobody cares... Get a grip, oh my god. Why are you having such a long conversation about absolutely nothing, there are BILLIONS of songs, nobody can actually make a new tune without having "HEY YOU STOLE THAT FROM XXXXXXXXX" all over it. Fuck off!
What does your Z signify? Zombie brain dead thinking?
There are even more sounds and more combinations of those sounds. What excuse do we have to get an entire sequence of sounds that sounds so entirely 'similar' that individual after individual mistake it for the exact same sound they heard in that other song? Lucky you don't put songs out only for another to give you that excuse. Though I can understand general beats this is a distinct (and stolen) rhythm. Happy kill-Indians day.
geeez. that was a joke. no need to be bitter. im not gonna start arguing about this, or killing indians. i know music, i play music, i write music, i use drum kits. there are two ways of taking beats. calling up the original songwriter and asking him for the beat track to paste into your song, or recreating something very similar using the same or similar drum sounds. im guessing this is the second. i wouldnt call the second one "taking" but maybe being "inspired."
Oh turn on your bitter detecter just because I know thanksgiving is pure evil don't mean I'm going to be bitter about it. And all that stuff just tells me you're more bent on defending music than seeing things clearly. You see I like music to. Of course I listen to it and even make my own (doesn't mean you're going to see my face around the corrupt industry though) but the flaw I see is that you say "definitely" not stolen like you can just make up your mind about it by what you want. Tis blind.
