  • @247SwagClothing yes i agree with you but the title says ´´The warrior Workoout´´ not ´´The begginers workout´´ !

  • @wantedwanted21 Try doing 4-6 back to back sets of this and see if you aren't panting. You don't have to spend hours in the gym. This is for beginners. Once you reach a median fitness level you'll need to upgrade to something more intense, but this 6 step work out plan is MORE than enough for a novice to do twice a day and get more in shape. Plus as you can do the moves better, you'll do more and get a more intense workout. I've seen trainers making people in my gym do this. It works.

  • U wont get a good body by doing those little girl workouts,you need to go to the gym if u wanna get a good musculature kids.

  • Thats not a burbee

  • a minute of good burpees, if done correctly should result in a brain anurism

  • Press 6 then 4 at the right time and it looks like one exercise :o
