( I also appreciate there are other superb drummers out there, however none can surpass the technical brilliance of Dave Weckl)

Truly some amazing drumming, nice to see him better then ever. Not only technique, also a fantastic example of building on rhytmic ideas, blended with some funky modulations.
Stop compare who´s best or not, there is a bunch of outstanding drummers out there, with different styles in different situations. This is anyhow a worldclass statement for the rest of us to study and be inspired by. Thanks for posting it !
