The story is not so hard to understand...the GBA era was ending and even though Namco (!) made an offer to publish the game the European publisher (Playlogic, now defunct) thought the offer was not good enough. In the end the game was never published, even though it is 100% completed. The PSP game and the X-Box game are totally different games, based on the same IP.
I remember back when i had a suscription to Nintendo Power, this game was on the watch list for over a year and a half. Then they gave their magazine a new look and removed it off the list.

It was not released due to the fact it was going to be ported to the PSP, which in terms has a better frame rate and more graphical power.

theres an xbox top down shooter called xyanide ! Havent played it though because its not backwards compatible yet :( . Thanks for keeping the sound !
