And yes, your right...I do live in a fantasy world where every resource is available to my students and they still are far behind other ethnic groups . They were 'noisy' because you were there with a camera distracting them. No one cares about minor deco in Jamaican schools. I attended Negril All Age School and I must tell you as a native now living in England, that you cannot judge another country by your standards. You were given an opportunity to perhaps do something good with your time there, but it would seem to me that you went in to find the negative and you did just that. Your intention contradicts your narrative.
