  • Blooming heck, that R6 sounds awesome. Nice video, well ridden, keep it between the hedges ;-)

  • Thanks, it was my first time and a long time ago at that! Unfortunately that bike is long gone because i didn't keep it between the hedges! Wish i'd put the camera in a better place too.

  • Don't newcommers get fluorescent coats / jackets to wear on top of their gear - letting others know they are new to the track?

  • This was the novice group on the day. So everyone was a newcomer.

Some take to it better than others. Hence why i kept passing them all!

  • what was your first bike if you dont mind me askin?

    thanks

  • My first bike was a Suzuki Marauder 125 Haha! Then an SV650 which i rammed into the back of a car and spent 6 months learning to walk again. Then the R6 in this video, which i wrote off at the Nurburgring, and now i have an 06 R6.

  • what kind of tires u running on track?..im about to do my first track day but dont know what tires should i use..thanks

  • Is That a SALTIRE Keyring I see before me on the R6

  • Ive not done a track day yet but after watching your first time. I believe my many miles of road riding experience would help and give me confidence. I expect you've had alot of experience too by the look of it. I wouldnt know what group i would be in so id possibly enjoy passing others if i was in the wrong one like you. Would you say track days are much more fun than nippy road riding.

  • Hehe ... well done.... I don't think you belong in that group ;)
