  • the stroke is fairly good. however one piece of advice is that when you enter with you hand try keep it in line with your shoulder not cross over to infront of your head

  • One can improve and understand the hand movement in freestyle by swimming the freestyle under water

  • @dodonat1991 what? is it bad cause he didnt do an olympic trial threshold? you have no idea what you're talking about. 40secs at slow pace in 50m is a very good time. he is close to entering the competitive threshold, which is 1:30-1:40min in 100m.

  • @giorgiobello1 of course that isnt the fastest he can swim. the video title clearly suggests that hes putting his effort into TECHNIQUE. does it really look like hes putting any effort into speed in this vid?? dumb ass

  • ur a really bad swimmer, don't let ur arms drop when they enter the water, u have to "pierce# throw the water

  • Good body line, rotation and good hand entry and extension. I wonder how people can see from this angle if his hand entry is over reaching. Breathing can still be improved. One goggle out breathing with head a little lower with smaller kicks would be nicer.

  • i love your form. very smooth and elegant in the water mate. keep it up.

  • I agree on people who say your hands should enter the water in front of shoulder, not head. I went from 38" in dec 2008 to 32.75 in oct 2009. I think you need more strength to lower your time. My 6 seconds improvement to 32.75" is due to strength since my technique is still too "splashy" :)

  • i cans swim a 50 m in 28.27 and a mile in 19:17.69
