This is really weird, but okay... First of all if you really want to rebuild your channel you have to go HD mate, it's the best way. I used to have a channel with 9 vids before, and many views but it was all 360p, a pretty lame quality. I reuploaded my whole channel and it's working very well. You're a different story though, you've got 180 uploads!
