@Jerrongamereview He got a linux OS called Ubuntu and if u want u can have both your xp and ubuntu at the same time and you select wich OS you will wish to start in system bootup

You might have an older version of Compiz or a different distro. What is your distro and version of Linux?

What kinda System is that I have windows XP but u have Applications and other stuff in your desktop how u do that ö?

This is not Windows. This is a very different and more advanced operating system. It is called Linux Ubuntu. Look through my videos, I have some on how to install it.

I use GTK Record my Desktop for the video and sound. You can get it by doing a search in the add/remove application database.
