2005 Dell Dimension 2400 I got for free

I got this machine on Sunday last week and all I had to do was put new RAM in and it worked!
Specs: 60GB Hitachi Deskstar HD 80GB Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 9 HD 2GB RAM (original 256MB) Intel Celeron 2.4Ghz Windows XP Pro

I looked in a dumpster once don't judge. I found a dell dimension 2300 only problem was a chewed power cord. Worked great people just throw away everything.

@GlitchSpotter: I know, right? I found a 17" LCD monitor outside of a pharmacy on top of the trash can :D It too had a chewed cable, I'm to gun-shy to test it yet

i have that pc, its soo freaking slow its not even funny! would upgrading the ram to 1 or 2gbs help.

Got one to for free today;

2.4ghz, 256mb ram, 40gb harddrive, dvd/cd writer/reader, onboard intel 64mb shared videocard.

Just upgraded it to 512mb but i want to upgrade it to 1gb ;)
