ok we just went in on abs...this is one of the workouts that we do...every three days...diets, workout, rest, and going in..plain and simple..easy and done...so me and my team means that we go in..and we go hard...true story...so this hits your abs, obloiques, lowe abs and upper..team darness...motivationm...

  • Definitely don't look as ripped up as you, but I have been trying to bulk up recently, and adding the extra 500-1000 calories to my diet has actually made me feel a lot more energized throughout the day. Even when doing sprints (great cardio that doesn't burn as many calories as long distance running, but keeps your fitness levels just as high) I am feeling much better.
