I put together a funny video about a not so funny issue--internet addiction. I was the queen of internet addiction back in 1995-96. I didn't mean for it to happen--it just did. The computer was coming into American homes. It was exciting. I literally took myself into the monitor for hours upon hours...going into chat rooms, instant messaging, emailing, surfing the web, etc. I was 43 years old, mother of four daughters and a Registered Nurse. I also had just come home from the hospital with a neck brace on for two months, my older daughter came home from college pregnant, I was going through a divorce and my elderly Dad came to live with us. Calgon TAKE ME AWAY! No, the computer did!
