Call of Cthulhu: Worst Audio Ever

I was playing Call of Cthulu: Dark Corners of the Earth and after getting through some terrible glitches I came across this one character...He's a police constable guarding an ally-way that I want to go into for some reason and this guy won't let me through. I keep pestering him and this is what I hear...

The guy sound like Lumpy Space Princess from Adventure Time mixed with Police Chief Wiggum.....and a Murlok from WoW.
