Copy Contacts To and From SIM Card with the RIM BlackBerry Curve 8900 using Handheld Software Version 4.6
Welcome to the AT&T "How To" videos.
Today, we will be showing you how to copy contacts to and from the SIM card with the BlackBerry Curve 8900 using handheld software version 4.6.
First, we will show you how to copy a contact from the address book to the SIM card.
To begin, scroll to and select the Address Book icon.
Scroll to and select the desired contact.
Scroll to and highlight the desired/primary phone number.
Press the Menu Key, then select Copy to SIM Phone Book.
Verify the name and the phone number are correct.
Press the Menu Key, then select Save.
Now, we will show you how to copy a SIM card contact to the address book.
Scroll to and select the Address Book.
Press the Menu Key.
Scroll to and highlight the desired contact. Please note: if the SIM contact and phone number matches an existing contact in the Address Book, the contact can not be copied.
Press the Menu Key, then select Add to Contacts. Please note: to copy the entire SIM phone book to the address book at once, press the Menu Key, then select Copy All the Contacts.
Add any additional information to the contact.
Press the Menu Key, then select Save.

I was shock to know that Blackberry don't have any feature that allow us to copy 'all' contact from phone to sim card. Even 15 dollar nokia phone have this. WTF!!

why doesnt it do this automatically? stupid blackberry, i have now lost all the numbers on my phone because my blackberry has a blank white screen and has to be sent off to be repaired
