i would love to learn this martial art. I've been doing a bit of research in the martial sciences of the african diaspora, and especially trying to uncover the secrets of the african american Knocking and Kicking, which has the same ideas apparently as this n'golo form. I also love to see the education for day to day self defense... very informative. And i love to learn about the history of my people, not just in america but all over the world. Thank you so much, it is quite inspiring.

Part One:
The responsibility to "pass knowledge" from on generation to another" is the duty of the young to search their Elders -sit at their feet, keep their mouth shut then listen & learn! Now that I am the Elder I understand the wisdom statement - "I got mine & it is up to you to get yours!" I have tried to coax, demand, shout, threaten, plead, beg, buy, & force knowledge into the minds of our young only to be disappointed that they expect me to pass them forward without the work.

If you are a young descendent of the Native American culture, don't wait! Go Out and find an Elder and learn the way of "counting coup" or throwing a hachet! There is so much you can do to bring the Native American Martial Sciences to the fore front! My 30 year journey as a student of the Afrikan systems went by too fast... Become the pathfinder and educate us all!
