This is a 1959 spot, as "The Big Fisherman" was released that September, through Walt Disney's "Buena Vista" distribution outfit- in fact, they bought all commercial time on a repeat of "WALT DISNEY PRESENTS" that month [one of their "science shows"] to present a six minute trailer of scenes from the film.
