    This cop's name is Carl Bordelon, it should be Carl Border-line Retarded. He can't even remember the name of the guy. Usually that's a detail you should remember, so if a guy you think is an escapee one minute says his name is Robert, and the next he says its Jimmy, you pick up on it.
