The car is based on simple RC model from Nikko, I've replaced all electronics with arduino + motor shield + xbee for remote control. Video camera has it's own analog transmitter, it can be switched on/off by arduino. Camera tilting is not implemented yet.
Server part is Python code, twisted, pygame, pyserial libraries were used.

Very nice ! I also thought about doing the same with my own nikko car, but do you use the nikko motor and servo ?
