Steps:
1) Disable Windows Services (Windows Event Log and Windows Event Collector)
2) Change Windows System Settings (Adjust for best performance)
3) Launch GTA IV and change Graphics Settings

@MrDuckyZ Use patch 1.0.4.0, It removes all lag and gives you x10 times performance !!!

2048MB RAM (2GB DDR-2)
win 7 32 bit
graphics card nvidia geforce 220 1gb
