We are asked time and time again about how we put our clients into hypnosis. Since each individual is unique and responds to hypnosis in their own way, we do not have one standard approach. However, our personal favorites are the Elman Rapid Induction and the Hand Drop Instant Induction. In this video, hypnotherapist Brian Sanders of the Sanders Hypnosis Center in Glen Burnie, MD, demonstrates these techniques on a volunteer.
