nag luto rin kami ng leche flan dati. whole egg din ang pinagamit smin ng prof ko..
pero dapat ipiga sya sa towel para maiwan yung slime na white ng egg na nag ca cause ng pag lapse nung leche flan...
at dapat tinusok ng tooth pick..para malaman kung luto na sya o hindi....

@jhanine241 yeah malinis nga sya but the point is puro mali yung ginawa nila especially in mixing vanilla and about the eggs also... all i can say do your best not just you wan't to do it.... then it's not really presentable when i watched this video in the first time, i saw a lots of mistakes... I'm so sory guys it's really anoing!!

authentic yan?? egg yolk lang kailangan sa leche flan, daming buo buo yan sa loob pag whole eggs ginamit ninyo. at isa pa, after ng steam, tusukin nyu ng toothpick or tinidor un leche flan to test if cook n tlga, wag lng umasa sa time... hayzzz hayzzzz... mg pa ka pilipino nga kau, puro pa sosyal lang alam. hayzzz sundin nyu un tamang paraan para di nyu n need mg script ng taste test.

weird.. culinary stdents.. pero.. why call it a batter.. i thought batter is a mixture of composed of flour or starch or anything of the sort.. that was mor of a mixture really... - the very keen listener...
