Preorder The Fault in Our Stars from B&N http://dft.ba/-D3N or Indiebound http://dft.ba/-MeM or Amazon: http://dft.ba/-tfios

Vidcon 2012: http://www.vidcon.com

In which John announces that thanks to the awesomeness of nerdfighteria, his book The Fault in Our Stars will be published sooner than previously thought: January 10, 2012. Also, I'll be signing every copy of the 150,000 first printing, which is gonna take a while. But thank you for your support, nerdfighters. You're made of awesome.

  • I wonder how many brain cells John killed when signing 150000 books. That's a lot of Sharpie fumes.

  • You guys... just think about it... we would STILL be waiting for TFiOS... *weeping*

  • Aggressive Panda?!?...intimidating…

  • How horrible would it be if packages of fully signed pages got lost in the mail?

  • Yesterday I was walking through BJ's (which I never go to), and what do I find? A SIGNED COPY OF THE FAULT IN OUR STARS!!!!! As a new Nerdfighter, I got wicked excited and had to buy it! He signed it in green :D

  • I saw the video where he was saying publication got moved up to 01/10/12.

Then I saw the comment that said something to the effect of "Imagine, we could still be waiting for TFiOS to come out."

Weird...but true. We could probably still be watching videos of John signing (he would've probably been taking it slower had May still been the publication date) and not have Hazel Grace Lancaster in our lives.

  • i wonder who got the first one!

  • @anderbladez Awesome!!! I love seeing the book on shelves. But, I love it even more when there not signed, because it makes me feel special. Haha

  • @CelenaGBaker I just did the same thing with the same result just a few days ago

  • So, my friend and I went to the grocery store one day, as we were looking for the chip isle, we came across a massive isle dedicated to books! As I walked casually over towards them, a bright blue book caught my eye. Then, I realized what book it was, and I sprinted towards it. Picked it up and did a little dance, as a few other costumers creepily glared at me.The biggest bonus was the fact that I got a signed one! Every other time I have seen the book, it has not been a signed copy. *le sigh :D

  • I picked up a copy at Wal-Mart today, because the pre-order that I had on Amazon got freaking CANCELLED on the day it was supposed to send. *deep breaths* I just now got enough money to buy a copy. I found a red signature with a hanklerfish. I watched this video to see what percentage red got and I was surprised to find that it was the rarest one! I kinda feel happy that I didn't get my pre-order because it probably would have just had a green signature and nothing else, or maybe none at all.

  • a german parliament with 40 % green would be either awesome or a disaster, but it will probably never happen so let's not talk politics
