To find Wisp look for his lamp that is in yur town on a random day. Pick it up and carry it in yur pockets. If u find the lamp Wisp will come that night for sure. They say he'll be in a random place in yur town at 9:00 PM or later any day.However I found him at 8:10. Give him the lamp and go to yur attic he will either destroy roaches, get rid of weeds,or give u an item. Hope I helped
