Sometimes the L&D Tombstone will say "Stimulate Genetic Merger" which is the same thing.

Do you need to have a particular Sims 2 (expansion) to do this? I've tried w/ the L & D Tombstone, but it'll only give me the option of 'make me alien pregnant' etc.

exactly like that and spawn the L & D Tombstone. it'll say.. get pregnant with.. and then you get to pick. or get alien pregnant. it only works for adults (maybe elders) but you can get an adult pregnant with a baby or a kid, teenage, ect.
