I did this section last saturday with some mates. it was my first time so let them go on ahead so i caould try and watch where they were going. Being a bit hesitant I was slower so lost them on the final part of the upper cliff down hill , I tried to do a jumpp off a rock but totaly cocked up the landing. I have a broken rib and a lovely gash all the way up my arm to show for it. Absolutley loved it though and can't wait go back.

I did the monkey for the first time last week, the last section is amazing! if you have the legs to conqour the tough climb up.. it is a huge reward on the way down! WOOHOOOOOOOO!!!

Every time i use my helmetcam, the person in front either leaves me behind or i end up having to overtake them..lol
Shame it's not that smooth anymore, still fast though... :)

This is the Upper Cliff section its the second to last decent on the monkey before you cross the road & railway line to get back onto the dog.

Cheers thanks for the positive comments. Get to the Monkey it's awesome, the last two sections are some of the most fun in the country.
