In this demo, I will show you SADA Systems' implementation of the Hosted version of Single-Sign On service for Live@edu.
Customers who do not wish to host SSO page in their own environment have the option of having SADA Systems host SSO page for them.
Hosted SSO means that the SSO page is hosted on SADA's web servers and communicates with customer's Active Directory over the Internet.
Here is the example of a remote domain controller
Live@edu Users Organizational Unit contains all users who have Live@edu accounts.
Now, we'll review configuration of the Hosted SSO web page hosted on SADA's web server.
web.config file contains the public IP of the remote domain controller, and the OU where Live@edu users are located.
Let's access Hosted SSO page and try to login as an Active Directory user
I am logging in as live_test4 and entering this user's Active Directory password.
The remote domain controller verified entered credentials and I can now select which Live service I would like to access.
This page and its functionality is completely customizable.
