@brandeezy108 Actually you are incorrect. Cost per ton of ordnance delivered by a 16" gun is a fraction of air dropped bombs or any missile. They are also highly accurate and capable. The Marines really hated to see the BB's retired. It was the ship that was expensive to operate. Short of a nuclear weapon the BB's were impervious to most modern missiles.

@packstack15 bigger IS better, that's why we have those things called missles. bigger boom than 16 inch guns. i mean i love the 16 inches, but there's no real use for them now a days. 5 inch is big enough, paying for 16 inch would just be a waste of money in this terrible economy.

@fiemosport1 the FCs fired it on the ship I am on. GMs just load it.
