if my thighs are really sore in the morning from a workout the day before should i still workout, and how many sets and reps should i do for this stretch?
also i am 13 and love to work out, i try to work out every day besides weekends,but i dont always get to it, for at least an hour and a half.
is that too much or to little or just right.
do u have u think thats enough?

You should train some other body part if you are going to train every day. And at 13 you could stunt your growth lifting weights before your bones fully develop. Time is only one aspect of a workout. It depends on intensity and what the goal is.
