A look at a study of twins to see if superfoods actually do us any good. Professor Regan talks to the founder of Innocent Drinks about the science behind their popular superfood smoothies. • Ok. Go back to your fish and chips now, superfools.

  • eat crisps and take your kids to mcdonalds, thats the real super food. dont believe all these crazy marketing scams about fruits and vegetables being good for you.

  • Think for yourslelf! There are other studies proving this right and wrong! Listen to your own body!

  • The body changes constantly.

  • I have always been sceptical of people who pop lots of vitamins, because our body as evolved over tens of thousands of years, and like the lady said when your body as taken what it wants you just pass the rest out of your body, in other words you are literally pouring your money down the drain. want vitamin C dont pop a pill eat a orange!

  • So one three week test involving a few groups of women means conclusive proof?

    Odd.
