We know so little about each other on this planet. Brenda by age 20 has 2 years university in tourism and has also worked in Long Island for a family as an Au pair.
There are many families in North America who seek out people from abroad to come and be live in help usually looking after kids.
An au pair (plural: au pairs) is a domestic assistant from a foreign country working for, and living as part of, a host family.

  • @olaf2046 no it's in Mexico but Brenda worked as an au pair in Long Island

  • Is this Long Island, New York?

  • @anastasia81472 Being a parent at any time can be difficult especially as we have to work longer and harder now days but having a disabled child is something that must really be challenging. I apologize if it seems like I'm struggling with what to say, it must be difficult for you in ways I can't imagine. The only thing I know is that no matter what we love our kids. I think that would probably be a good idea and there are many services handling nanny/au pair help.

  • I have a disabled child. She is small now, but as she gets bigger and more difficult to handle, hiring an Au Pair may be a an option. I don't want to institutionalize her, but I might need help later in life.
